The heart of Venice for 1,300 years
Venice's historic Rialto district is famous for its bridge, fish and vegetable markets, and small shops.
It's also handy for walking, since you can easily reach locations on both sides of the Grand Canal.
Rialto is easy to reach via the Alilaguna Orange Line airport boat, which stops on the east or San Marco side of the canal. (However, it's an inconvenient location for cruise passengers.)
