Take the Blue Line to Dorsoduro
The Fondamente delle Zattere is a sunny promenade along the Giudecca Canal.
It's on the Alilaguna airport boat's Linea Blu (which also goes to the Marittima cruise port) and is within walking distance of the San Basilio cruise pier.
This section of Venice's Dorsoduro neighborhood is pretty and pleasant, with easy access to Piazza San Marco via the Accademia Bridge.
